Accor has announced the signing of Pullman New Capital Hotel & Residences in partnership with Contact Developments, marking the debut of Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Cairo and reinforcing its expansion in Egypt.
The project is located in New Administrative Capital along Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, overlooking the Green River, with direct access to key governmental, business, and residential districts. It features a 5-star hotel with 150 rooms alongside 100 branded residential units within high-rise, mixed-use towers.
Designed as a dynamic lifestyle destination, the development includes dining venues, a lobby lounge, meeting and event spaces, a spa, fitness center, and swimming pool—creating a hub where business, culture, and social interaction meet. The residences offer modern living with full hotel services, catering to the rising demand for branded residences in Egypt.
