Some have criticized many of the prices of commercial units in the capital, saying that their prices are exaggerated and not suitable for everyone.

Also, the prices of residential units are very expensive, especially the prices of units within the compounds, especially since life within the compounds enjoys advantages and services that guarantee the residents a very luxurious life.

One of the most important defects that some see as a real crisis is the lack of a transportation network that facilitates movement to and from the administrative capital, which represents an obstacle for some, but the government has thought about implementing a transportation network linking the capital with other regions such as Nasr City and other cities, so it launched the monorail project that facilitated movement moving in.

Some people are also afraid of living in the New Administrative Capital because of the crowding of citizens there, due to the transfer of most ministries and government agencies in the capital, and some see it as a double-edged sword.
